.net 5 - Is there an equivalent of DBContect.Database.GetDbConnection() for Azure Cosmos?

Question

I am trying to leverage some existing code that passes in a parameter of DBConnection.

I have done with with relational databases with:

myContext.Database.GetDbConnection();

However I am finding that the GetDbConnection() is only for relational databases. Is there an equivalent for Cosmos? If not why not?
