Centos7下nslookup特定域名返回server can't find *: SERVFAIL？

Question

目前在一台CentOS7服务器上跑了一项业务，使用了腾讯云COS服务，认证的时候需要请求api-common.qcloud.com这个地址，业务里使用了curl。
一开始程序正常，运行大概4个月左右后发现请求速度非常慢，平均15秒以上，检查发现curl请求的时候DNS就占用15秒。
然后开始排查，尝试换了114、阿里223、谷歌、还有电信提供的DNS均是同样的效果。
尝试curl其他网址发现请求时间正常，使用nslookup返回：

nslookup api-common.qcloud.com
Server:         223.5.5.5
Address:        223.5.5.5#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   api-common.qcloud.com
Address: 62.234.200.11
** server can't find api-common.qcloud.com: SERVFAIL

但是使用dig测试一切正常:

dig api-common.qcloud.com

系统已经安装了nscd，尝试清理缓存、关闭缓存均同样的效果。
