node是否能做到spy++的功能，或者是否有类似spy++的库，python，C#

有个需求是需要获取第三方应用的窗口、控件句柄等信息，spy++可以获取，想用Electron（Node）中做一个类似的，但是在博客、github上也没找到Node相关资料。

有没有可以供Node、C#、Python用的这方面的库或者思路？最好能是Node的。非常感谢。
