I am trying to upgrade my 'Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS' to 'Ubuntu 20.04 LTS'. I used the Ubuntu - 'Update manager' to get my job done.
But, I got an error: "UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe2 in position 1072: ordinal not in range(128)".
Why this error occur ? How can I solve it ?
